On Switch does a great job setting some scenes for the Hue System. I loved the ability to set to football team colors when it was in season....MLB perhaps?...

Great animated light shows. Simple sunset and sunrise options. Just makes my Hue system cool.

I am a heavy Hue user with 4 Hue base stations and 200+ bulbs. I find that 90% of the time when I manually operate lights, I choose Lightswitch. Its extremely easy to use and setting up light groups that automatically save to the base station and then can used another hue apps. Also, I had one issue where my base station wasnt syncing with the app properly and I emailed the Apple support and got a response within hours and it was solved immediately. This case it was my error. Thank you for the great app and please consider adding alarms and timers that can save to the base station so I dont have to use the native Hue app (or the new version) for anything. Phillips Hue needs to take a cue from this simple and robust app.

With all the hue apps out there this is definitely one of the best Ive used and Ive tried no less than 25 different. Definitely worth the in app purchase as well

The app and all of its themes are amazing! It really takes control of the hardware of the lights and really changes the room. The only problem with the app is that it doesnt allow you to demo a scene or see picture of what the light looks like before buying it. This hinders the ability to effectively demonstrate its in app purchase potential. It is by far the most wanted thing on the "vote for effects" page, and yet it seems as if the developers are ignoring this. However, if they added this feature, though, it would be an easy 5 out of 5.

Nice and simple to use with good variety of light shows. You only get a few shows for free and the rest (20 or so) cost $.99-1.99 each.

This app is a terrific recommendation. It is much simpler to use then the official app and the widget and Apple Watch app are also very good. I wish you could sample the presets before you bought the in app purchases, but this app uses a concept of rooms for light sets that is very practical. Exactly what I expected out of the official app. A+++

This is the best Philips hue app out on the market right now. The app that comes with the bulbs is garbage and more than once their updates have rendered the app unusable. For example: I use the "skylight" setting to simulate realistic sunlight for at least 30 minutes daily for my sunlight therapy during these dark and cloudy winter months. When I want to watch a move there is a setting for that. It picks a color that is dim but still allows you to see fairly well. It even dims gradually for the extra ambiance. There is much more. You wont be disappointed with this app and all that it has to offer.

Cant ask for much more considering its free. Has some cool scenes and features not available with the stock app.

The light colors are great. But it would be really nice if we had some new features!!! Been the the feature board and nothing has changed in several years!!!!

Super easy to use. My kid likes having flashing or slowly cycling colored "party lights" and these options are free with this app. Also if my Hue app is acting up, I can use OnSwitch to turn on/off groups too - it is more reliable than Hue.

This is the way all lighting apps should be.
